Beard Returns Portion of Salary to City

Kevin returned $157 of his City Council salary to the City's general fund.  The amount is equal to the 2% salary increase he received for the current fiscal year.  He announced this move at the October 6 Council meeting.  "With City employees being asked to make sacrifices giving up my wage increase was the least I can do," said Beard.
